At The FlexiCase Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
  • Customers must provide clear pictures or videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used products
  • Items damaged by the customer

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
