Returns
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit depending on the situation.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
- Customers must provide clear pictures or videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Used products
- Items damaged by the customer
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
